This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes and does not constitute a solicitation. 3.0 BACKGROUND: The Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP) Ophthalmology and Refractive Surgery Department has a current contract for Oculus Pentacam Maintenance Service that is expiring on 30 September 2026 and requires a new contract. Oculus Pentacam Maintenance Services needs to be serviced prior to 15 June, each fiscal year as needed by the Cardiology Department.
