SUBJECT: NOTICE TO INDUSTRY - CUSTOMS PROCESS AUTOMATION (CPA) DATE OF NOTICE: 10 MARCH 2020 The purpose of this announcement is provide notice to industry of the Government's upcoming solicitation for Customs Process Automation (CPA), HTC71120QD012. The United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) at 508 Scott Drive, Scott AFB, IL 62225, intends to solicit this requirement as a total small business set-aside utilizing GSA IT Schedule 70, Category 132 51 IT Professional Services. The anticipated Product Service Code (PSC) for this requirement is D308, IT and Telecom - Programming. The NAICS code is 541511, Custom Computer Programming Services. The Small Business Administration (SBA) Size Standard for NAICS code 541511 is $30.0 million.
