This notice is informational and does not request competitive quotes, nor will a solicitation be issued. While other firms may submit capability statements to demonstrate their potential to fulfill the requirement, the government retains sole discretion on whether to compete the acquisition. Questions or capability descriptions should be submitted only by email to the designated purchasing agent. The contract is administered by the Indian Education Acquisition Office under the Department of the Interior, with the primary place of performance and agency office located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
