Request for Information (RFI) for Services Procurements (CSEL) *updated RFI

The Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific is conducting a market survey to assess small business capabilities in supporting the Combat Survivor Evader Locator (CSEL) Ultra High Frequency Base Station (UBS) network and communications infrastructure. This support will be provided at three key locations: the 747th Communication Squadron at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam in Hawaii, the U.S. Naval Computer and Telecommunications Station in Sicily, and the Naval Telecommunications Area Master Station Atlantic in Norfolk, Virginia. The contract encompasses system upgrades, testing, and training to ensure the UBS remains fully operational around the clock. The primary objective is to maintain a reliable, 24/7 operational UBS system that enhances the effectiveness of survivor and evader recovery missions.
