The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service, Southern Region (Region 8), is seeking information from qualified contractors regarding their capability to support the Region 8 Oil and Gas Leasing Availability Contract. This Request for Information (RFI) is being issued for market research and planning purposes only. It is not a solicitation and does not obligate the Government to award a contract.
Review the Statement of Work (SOW), which outlines the anticipated requirements, including environmental analysis, supporting documentation, and preparation of Categorical Exclusions (CEs) or Environmental Assessments (EAs) associated with determining lands available for oil and gas leasing across Region 8.
