This is a Request for Information. This is not a soliciation for offers. No awards will be made as a result of this request for information. Attached is a description of Verbatim Hearing Recorder services, and spreadsheets with locations and estimated quantity of hearings per year at those locations. We request contractors who are interested and capable of providing services for ALL hearings at a location, complete one of the attached spreadsheets with their name, DUNS number, business size status, and mark the locations that they can provide services for ALL hearings. Due to the quantity of hearings and multiple hearing rooms that are run simultaneously, capable vendors would require multiple staff to be capable of providing for ALL needs. There are two spreadsheet response forms. One response form lists NAICS code 561499, the second response form lists NAICS code 561320. Vendors need only respond to this RFI once and may use either form. The forms are the same, except for the NAICS codes. Spreadsheets should be submitted by email to Linda.Shaw@ssa.gov by May 22, 2014. Late responses may also be considered. FAR 52.215-3 Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes. (Oct 1997) is incorporated into this notice by this reference.
