Request for Proposal for Mowing Town Cemeteries

The Town of Moretown is soliciting bids for cemetery mowing services for a term spanning from May 2027 through mid-November 2030. The selected contractor is responsible for providing all necessary labor, fuel, equipment, and materials to maintain the cemeteries, with the exception of topsoil, which will be supplied by the cemetery commissioners. A critical requirement of the contract is that all cemeteries must be mowed and trimmed no later than three days before Memorial Day. The contractor must provide all insurance required by the town. Proposals must be submitted via email to mselectboard@moretownvt.net or delivered to the Town Office by 3:00 p.m. on October 19, 2026.
