The selected firms will be placed on a list which the city will utilize for the direct selection of the appropriate firms for Projects where design fees do not exceed five hundred thousand dollars, under A.R.S. § 34-103.   The city does not guarantee that a firm placed on the list of pre-qualified technical registrants will ever be awarded a contract. Scope of ServicesProvide comprehensive Geotechnical Engineering Services including geotechnical investigations and recommendations.
