Request for Qualifications for Architectural/Engineering Services

The State of Connecticut, through DAS Procurement, is seeking a qualified architectural and engineering team for project BI-Q-751-ARC to design a new 32,000 square foot Medical Detachment Clinic and Administrative Building at Camp Nett in East Lyme. The facility will house a Troop Medical Clinic and administrative offices, featuring specialized spaces for dental x-ray and hearing equipment, as well as a secured storage vault. The design must align with the aesthetic of existing surrounding buildings and include specific infrastructure for a dental clinic trailer, including power connections and a designated parking area. The project requires strict adherence to historic preservation standards and must comply with all environmental reviews and permitting processes managed by the Department of Energy and Environmental Protection.
