BI-Q-751-ARC, Medical Detachment Clinic, Camp Nett at Niantic, 38 Smith Street, East Lyme, CT 06357. DAS/CS is seeking the services of a highly talented and experienced team to provide the following type of services in support of the above-reference Project. The Military Department is creating a new 32,000 square foot building to house the Troop Medical Clinic and Detachment Administrative Building at Camp Nett in Niantic. The program of the building will include dental x-ray equipment, hearing equipment, a secured storage vault, as well as clinic and administrative spaces. The building will complement the aesthetic of the surrounding existing buildings. The building must also support power connections and a designated parking area to support a dental clinic trailer. The proposed project site must comply with all historic preservation requirements as well environmental review and permitting with DEEP. See the RFQ for full details.
