The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department is issuing a Request for Prequalification (RFQ) for prime contractors holding a B General Building Contractor license to provide mechanical services. This process is mandatory for any licensed contractor intending to bid on future Best Value Job Order Contracts (JOC) for the renovation of detention and public safety facilities within the County of Riverside. The JOC delivery method is intended for small to medium maintenance, renovation, or recurring work rather than new construction. Prequalification is valid for one year and is based on the applicant's financial ability and public contracting experience.
