Request for Qualifications for Trade Contractors for 158 Spring Street

The City of Cambridge has issued Request for Qualifications COC-RFQ-FY27-31162 for the prequalification of trade contractors for the comprehensive renovation of the former Kennedy-Longfellow School at 158 Spring Street. This project is a Construction Manager at Risk delivery with a guaranteed maximum price and has an estimated total construction cost of 16,388,342 dollars. The scope of work focuses on building trade work, including the replacement of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems, building envelope improvements for exterior doors and windows, interior finishes, food service areas, and accessibility upgrades.
