Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the Fort Frederick Tower Restoration, CFB Kingston Ontario. Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is inviting Contractors to submit Technical Submissions which meet the requirements specified in this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) document for the Fort Frederick Tower Restoration project located at CFB Kingston, Ontario. Information provided by the Tenderers will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFQ.  The objective of this RFQ is for DCC to identify qualified Contractors that will subsequently be invited to submit a Tender (identified as Step 2) for the Work. The estimated construction cost for this project is in the range of $10,175.000.00 Firms that consider themselves qualified to provide these services are invited to submit their Proposals through the MERX Electronic Bidding System on or before the closing date and time indicated on the Electronic Bidding System. This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Chapter Nineteen of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA). Questions regarding this solicitation are to be directed ONLY to the point of contact identified in this advertisement.  Tenderers who address their questions to anyone other than the point of contact during the solicitation period may, for that reason alone, be disqualified.
