The U.S. Embassy Hanoi, under the Department of State, is seeking quotations for the procurement of two new 2026 model year 7-seat gasoline automatic transmission SUVs with left-hand drive and four-wheel drive, as specified in Request for Quotation 19VM3026Q0020. The solicitation requires full compliance with technical specifications including a 4795 x 1855 x 1835 mm body dimension, a 2745 mm wheelbase, 279 mm ground clearance, a 2620 kg gross vehicle weight, an 80-liter fuel tank, and mandatory safety features such as ABS, VSC, HAC, TSC, and ESS.
