Request for Quote (RFQ) LexisNexis Kiosks & Desk Mounts

The Government is seeking a firm fixed price purchase order for 14 LexisNexis touch-screen kiosks with Windows 10 operating systems and 14 corresponding desk mounts, to be delivered and installed at two military correctional facilities: Naval Consolidated Brig Miramar in San Diego, California, and Naval Consolidated Brig Miramar Detachment Pearl Harbor in Hawaii. The kiosks must include pre-installed LexisNexis legal research software and be accompanied by a one-year maintenance agreement with four scheduled law library updates. This procurement is a brand-name requirement, and only offerings that fully comply with the Statement of Work will be considered, as justified in the Brand Name Justification & Approval documentation. The award will be made using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) methodology, where technical acceptability is a pass-fail criterion based on strict adherence to the SOW’s minimal technical requirements, and price becomes the sole determining factor among technically acceptable offers. Offerors must submit only the required documentation: detailed product specifications matching the SOW, written verification from the original equipment manufacturer confirming authorized reseller status, and a fully itemized price quote aligned with Section B of the solicitation.
