The City of Apache Junction intends to establish a Job Order Contract for indefinite quantity and delivery of general building construction and related services. City is seeking experienced licensed contractors for general building construction projects of varying sizes and complexities at various project locations throughout the City who are experienced utilizing JOC project delivery method. Submittals shall be accepted at the City Clerk's office located at 300 E Superstition Blvd, Apache Junction, AZ until 2:00 p.m., local time, May 7, 2025. Late submittals will not be considered.
