University Corporation for Atmospheric Research (UCAR) is being awarded a $23,535,959 Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with the ability to issue cost plus fixed fee (CPFF) task orders for the Research and Development (R&D) of the Navy's Next-Generation Navy Environmental Prediction System Utilizing a Nonhydrostatic Engine (NEPTUNE).
