Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, Pacific (SSC Pacific) intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a firm-fixed-price purchase order on a sole source basis to Propulsion Controls Engineering of San Diego, CA. The requirement is for the technical services and material to accomplish multi-disciplined emergent repairs of the propulsion, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, weight handling, as well as other ancillary, systems aboard the Research Vessel Acoustic Explorer (AX). Be advised that the aforementioned information is anticipatory in nature and is not binding. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, any firm believing that they can fulfill the requirement of providing these services may be considered by the agency.
