Reservoir Replacement: McNutt Road

The City of Maple Ridge is soliciting tenders for the McNutt Reservoir Replacement Project under solicitation number BC26-040, with responses due by June 4, 2026. Only contractors prequalified through the 25-094 Reservoir Upgrades Prequalification process are eligible to bid. The project requires the supply and installation of a new 1.275 million liter glass-fused-to-steel bolted water storage tank, along with a new altitude valve chamber and connecting water main to integrate with the existing potable water system. Additional work includes installing stormwater piping, drainage manholes with HS-20 rated access hatches, demolishing the current bolted steel reservoir, performing embankment excavation, site grading, restoration, fencing, and completing necessary mechanical and electrical upgrades. The contractor is also responsible for the startup, testing, and commissioning of all new and relocated equipment, as well as all incidental work required to fully complete the project as outlined in the Contract Documents.
