Full Description

The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) on behalf of the US Embassies Madrid and Lisbon is looking for companies interested in the project Lease / Rental, Storage, Delivery, Maintenance of Residential Furniture for the American Embassies in Madrid, Spain, and Lisbon, Portugal which will be issued via the above solicitation under full and open competition procedures. The solicitation may result in the award of a Commercial Item Type Contract in fiscal year 2014. The period of performance will be 12 months with four (4) separate one-year option periods. The leased furniture style shall be - classic', see attached pictures for samples. All furniture shall be complete and ready for use, e.g. beds include the mattresses. All items shall be flame retardant, safe and low in solvents or similarly dangerous chemicals meeting the U.S. and / or the European standards whichever is stricter. Firms shall be knowledgeable in written and spoken English and posses all appropriate permits and licenses required to perform the services in both Spain and Portugal. Solicitation and award will be subject to the laws and regulations of the United States of America and is being competed utilizing full and open competition procedures.
