The facility will service offenders who are releasing to Northern West Virginia within any of the following counties: Braxton, Calhoun, Doddridge, Gilmer, Harrison, Marion, Monongalia, Preston, Ritchie, Taylor, Barbour, Grant, Hardy, Lewis, Pendleton, Pocahontas, Randolph, Tucker, Upsher, Webster, Berkeley, Hampshire, Jefferson, Mineral, or Morgan.
