The solicitation will be for Residential Reentry Center (RRC) with Mothers and Infants Nurturing Together (MINT) Program services for adult pregnant female offenders held under the authority of various United States Statutes. The RRC will be located within the vicinity of Alderson, West Virginia (facility should be within a 100-mile radius of the Federal Prison Camp in Alderson, West Virginia and within 30 miles of a hospital facility). The requirement will be for approximately 20 beds (100% female) for each year of the two-year base period and each of the three (3) one-year option periods. The anticipated period of performance is April 1, 2014 through March 31, 2019, if all option years are exercised.
