The purpose of this Bid is to establish a price for the procurement of residential rehabilitation services for the City of Kingston Office of Housing Initiatives. In 2017 the City of Kingston was awarded a $10 million New York State Downtown Revitalization Initiative grant to make various improvements to the Stockade Business District in uptown Kingston, including a residential rehabilitation grant program. As required by New York State, the City of Kingston has completed lead and asbestos testing at the property. The results of this testing are summarized in the in the annexed testing performed by QuES&T.
