The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) is seeking Offerors to provide MHTC with the following services: a full range of property and facility management services for the Rest Areas, Truck Parking, and Welcome Center Facilities identified in this RFP. The contract period will be from the date of the fully executed Resulting Agreement through September 30, 2029, with up to two (2) one-year renewal periods or any portion thereof. A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on June 15, 2026, at 10:00 A.M. and will be held via teleconference. Email COGSProcure@modot.mo.gov to receive a Teleconference Link. Proposal form is required, and all proposal form documents are attached and must be submitted with the Offeror's proposal. MoDOT will receive proposals electronically through MissouriBUYS MOVERS, by mail through USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. If an Offeror intends to submit a hard copy proposal, the buyer of record must be notified five (5) days before the solicitation closing date. MoDOT will not accept proposal responses by email.
