THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Expressions of Interest from Firms Capable of Leasing and Operating Retail Food Establishments AVAILABLE FOR LEASE The General Services Administration is seeking interested parties to potentially lease ground floor retail space at the below location and operate retail food businesses. There are multiple store fronts totaling approximately 9,673 square feet. This is newly available space for the location identified below. Premises U.S. General Services Administration 18th & F Streets, NW Washington, DC 20405 LEASE TERMS The proposed lease term is ten (10) years firm, with one to two renewal options. Lease is triple net. The spaces are contemplated to be ready for occupancy and be provided in "as is" condition to the Lessee approximately April 2014. We provide a cold, dark shell, with utility connections at premises edge, including natural gas. Some spaces have vented hoods to roof. Particular lease terms will be transmitted to interested firms at a later date. EXPRESSION OF INTEREST Expressions of Interest must be submitted to contact@example.gov. Expressions of Interest must include the following information in order to be deemed eligible for further consideration (this is not an invitation for bids or a request for proposals): 1. Company name and business address. 2. Experience in the retail food business. Due to the nature and location of this space, we will evaluate Offerors more favorably who have more experience in retail food sales to the public. 3. Name, address, telephone number and email address of authorized contact. 4. Please reference Lease Number: GS-LS-11-1403 Submission by other than the owner, manager, or exclusive agent of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make an offer to lease and manage the space.
