Sutter Equipment Company hold the U.S. patented for the preferred prefabricated components necessary for installing retaining walls perfect for remote trail work. The Other than Full and Open Competition justification is under authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(i) "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements," The value of this contract is expected to be less than $75,000.00. NAICS: 423810 Size Standards: 500 employees The National Park Service (NPS) requires that the components be easy to install to reduce labor hours, no cement or post holes required, fire resistant, work in any type of soil or rock, optional handrails available for visitor and employee safety and be available in many different materials such as aluminum, or stainless steel for varying site conditions.
