Responses to the Proposal must be submitted electronically no later than the time and date indicated above. A Zoom meeting will be held on the due date and time recited above; at this time, the names of all respondents will be publicly read aloud. The Town reserves the right to cancel this RFP, to modify this RFP, to waive informalities, to reject any part of the process, and/or to reject the entire response when said action is deemed to be in the best interests of the Town.
