RFA #0824 - Youth Empowerment Services (YES) Waiver Services

The Denton County MHMR Center is seeking qualified local providers through a Request for Applications (RFA) issued in August 2024 to deliver Youth Empowerment Services (YES) Waiver services to eligible residents of Denton County, Texas. The Center, a governmental unit and Local Mental Health Authority, aims to expand its network of community-based providers to offer comprehensive mental health and intellectual/developmental disability services aligned with its mission to support health and well-being across the county. Providers are required to deliver the full YES Waiver service array and ensure timely access to services, guaranteeing participant choice within 30 miles of their residence.
