RFB / 26X83 GOOSENECK TRAILER

The Cherokee Nation is soliciting bids for the procurement of a 26X83 Gooseneck trailer to be located in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. The selected contractor must provide all necessary labor, quality control, materials, supplies, and supervision to complete the project. Bids are evaluated based on the lowest responsive and reasonable offer, with a strong preference given to Indian-owned firms that provide current certification from the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO). The award is subject to the availability of funds and the bidder's ability to meet all product specifications and lead time requirements. Submission requirements include a mandatory bid response sheet, proof of TERO certification for preference, a drug-free workplace statement, and an original certificate of insurance naming the Cherokee Nation as an additional insured with a carrier rated at least A IX by AM Best. Bidders must certify they have not been debarred or convicted of fraud or criminal offenses related to public contracts within the last three years. Additionally, the contract adheres to the Davis-Bacon Act for prevailing wage rates and the Buy American Recovery Act, requiring iron, steel, and manufactured goods to be produced in the United States.
