The Commonwealth of Kentucky, through the Department for Facilities and Support, is soliciting bids for the roof replacement project at the Harlan National Guard Armory located at 3436 South HWY 421, Harlan, KY. The project involves the complete removal of the existing SBS roof system and insulation down to the deck, along with the demolition of edge metal, downspouts, scuppers, conductor heads, and splash blocks.
