RFB- HIGH-LIFT LOADER WITH ATTACHMENTS FOR THE NATURAL RESOURCES DEPARTMENT

The Cherokee Nation is seeking bids for a new, unused, current production High-Lift Wheel Loader with essential attachments for its Natural Resources Department in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, under Solicitation Number Procurement #164616. The equipment must feature a diesel-powered engine with a minimum net power of 185 Hp, meeting EPA Tier 4 Final emissions standards and equipped with turbocharging and an after-treatment system such as DOC, DPF, or SCR. It must include a hydrostatic transmission with infinite speed control and operator-selectable modes—Power, Standard, and Eco—and feature a factory-installed high-lift linkage with a minimum hinge pin height of 14.92 feet and level bucket clearance of 13.83 feet. The loader must be enclosed in a ROPS/FOPS-certified cab with heating, air conditioning, and a rearview camera, and equipped with a load-sensing hydraulic system and auxiliary 3V hydraulics to support attachments. Required attachments include a general purpose bucket with a bolt-on cutting edge (3.8 YD3), a hydraulic grapple rake (112", DTC, Fusion), a flat-floor general purpose bucket with a back grading edge (3.8 YD3), and a light material bucket (108" width, 5.0 YD3) with a one-piece cutting edge. All equipment must be delivered fully assembled, serviced, and ready for operation, accompanied by operator and maintenance manuals, and include operator familiarization training upon delivery. Compliance with OSHA safety standards and applicable federal and state regulations is mandatory.
