        3. BACKGROUND: The Naval Medical Readiness Training Command (NMRTC) Portsmouth requires a comprehensive service and maintenance plan for various Carl Zeiss Surgical Microscopes and their components. This requirement supports multiple departments within NMRTC Portsmouth, VA (Main Operating, Ophthalmology, and Otolaryngology), as well as the Sewells Point Dental Clinic and Boone Primary Care in Norfolk, VA. The inventory consists of equipment acquired between 2009 and 2021.


         4. DESCRIPTION: Please see Draft Statement of Work (SOW) NAICS is 811210 – Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair   and Maintenance, PSC is J065 - Maintenance/repair/rebuild of equipment- medical, dental, and veterinary equipment and supplies.
