The City of Saint Paul is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to cast a wide net across the endpoint lifecycle and managed services market. Our goal at this stage is to understand what the market can offer — not to constrain it. We want to hear from vendors who do one thing exceptionally well and from those who can deliver an integrated program across multiple capability areas. Addenda (if necessary) will be posted on Friday, September 11th, 2026. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bids received without explanation.
