Brookhaven Science Associates (BSA) is seeking proposals from qualified Offerors to administer and manage its Relocation Assistance Program. The selected Contractor will provide comprehensive domestic, international, and Temporary Change of Station (TCS) relocation services, including relocation planning, travel coordination, household goods movement, temporary lodging, home sale and purchase assistance, financial administration, regulatory compliance, reporting, and employee support.


This procurement will be conducted using a Best Value source selection process.

Phase II

The Oral Presentation will include a demonstration of the proposed relocation management system and a question-and-answer session. The presentation, including the question-and-answer session, shall not exceed one (1) hour.
