RFI-USDA George Washington Carver Center Parking Lot Restriping

The United States Department of Agriculture Office of Safety, Security, and Protection is seeking industry information through a Sources Sought notice for the restriping of the parking lot at the George Washington Carver Center in Beltsville, Maryland. The project requires full commercial restriping of 965 standard parking stalls using high-durability paint with reflective glass beads, application of 12-inch stenciled numbering to all spaces, and installation of 12 ADA-compliant handicap parking spaces with proper access aisles, all in full compliance with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, ADA Standards for Accessible Design, OSHA regulations, and Maryland state highway standards. Inspection and final acceptance will occur on-site at the Beltsville location by the Contracting Officer’s Representative using visual observation, checklist reviews, and photographic documentation.
