The State of Michigan, through the Department of Technology, Management and Budget and the Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy, is soliciting professional services for a Feasibility Study and Remedial Design (FSRD) project focusing on contaminated sediments at the Harbortown and Harbortown Upstream shorelines within the Detroit River Area of Concern in Wayne County.
