RFP-2010569 Workers Compensation Durable Medical Equipment

Parkland Health and Hospital System is soliciting proposals under RFP-2010569 for a qualified Durable Medical Equipment (DME) supplier to support the Parkland Employee Health Center. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing, maintaining, and replenishing an inventory of medical equipment, such as braces, splints, and crutches, used to manage occupational injuries and illnesses for employees. Key deliverables include clinical support for fitting and sizing, providing product documentation, and adhering to strict performance KPIs, including a 95 percent replenishment rate for standard and urgent items within three business days.
