TARC is seeking a third-party administrator to manage TARC’s employee benefits programs that will work closely in the design, development and implementation of benefit plans including, but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life, disability, wellness, voluntary benefits and compliance. TARC is also seeking a proactive business partner that will aid in finding cost effective plans and supporting TARC’s wellness initiatives. Furthermore, TARC is seeking a partner that is willing to provide training, guidance and information to ensure proper management of benefit plans and compliance with all applicable State and Federal regulations and requirements.
TARC has 535 full-time employees, of which approximately 426 are union members. All plans renew annually on March 1st each year and TARC is self-insured on Medical and Dental Plans.
TARC seeks and intends to award a single-vendor contract with a Fixed-Price term of 4 Year with -an option to exercise a three (3) two-year term for a total of 6 Years to the highly qualified professional firm and best value proposal.
