Background The Bank of Canada (the “Bank”) has several spaces, including meeting and conference rooms throughout its various locations that require multimedia support and maintenance of audio-visual (“AV”) equipment and systems. The following Bank office locations are included in this support contract: Ottawa: Head Office: 234 Wellington Street, Ottawa, ON K1A 0G9 Ottawa Support Centre: 2250 St. Laurent Boulevard, Ottawa, ON K1G 6C4 Montréal: Regional Office: 1501 McGill College Avenue, Suite 2030, Montréal, QC, H3A 3M8 MAOC: 1001 Levert Street, Verdun, QC H3E 1V4 Toronto: Regional Office: 150 King Street West, Suite 2000, Toronto, ON M5H 1J9 TAOC: 5990 Explorer Drive, Mississauga, ON L4W 5G3 Calgary: Regional Office: 308 4th Avenue SW, Calgary, AB T2P 0H7 Vancouver: Regional Office: 200 Granville Street, Suite 2160, Vancouver, BC, V6C 1S4 Halifax: Regional Office: 1701 Hollis Street, Suite 1300, Halifax, NS, B3J 3M8 Objective The Bank is seeking the conclude an agreement with two (2) service providers that will provide comprehensive multimedia support and maintenance of the Bank’s AV equipment and systems on a time and material basis. This includes maintenance and repairs, replacement of required parts, installations, and reporting services.
