RFP 2026-27-01 Pedestrian Walkway

The Valley Center Pauma Unified School District is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from architectural and engineering firms for the master planning and design of a pedestrian walkway connecting Valley Center Elementary School to The Boys & Girls Club in Valley Center, California. The project requires a comprehensive design that accounts for a vertical grade of approximately 30 feet and encompasses all phases of development, including master planning, programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, technical specifications, value engineering, permitting, bidding, construction administration, and post-construction.
