RFP 2027-001 On-Call Engineering Services

The City of Bloomfield, New Mexico, is soliciting qualifications-based proposals from New Mexico registered and licensed professional engineering firms to provide on-call general engineering, project management, and construction management services for city facilities and infrastructure. The City intends to award contracts to three to five qualified firms, each requiring a minimum of five years of experience.
