Full Description
The goal of this project is to conduct a new pavement condition survey and provide updated data for the City’s roadway network, which encompasses approximately 245 miles of streets. This information will be used to evaluate current pavement conditions, update PCI scores, and support the City in developing maintenance and rehabilitation priorities for the next 5 years.
This RFP invites consultants to propose innovative yet practical methods for completing the pavement management update, with clear explanations of any proposed enhancements to the standard process and how these would benefit the City.
The scope of work generally includes pavement inspection, assessment, and rating; evaluation and integration with StreetSaver or another recommended software platform; coordination with utility agencies and Private Development to avoid project conflicts, preparation and presentation of a pavement management update report; and development of a 5-year capital improvement plan.
