The Alamo Area Council of Governments (AACOG) is soliciting proposals fromqualifiedand experienced firms to provide comprehensive commercial janitorial services for theTitan Building and Titan Plaza in San Antonio, Texas. The Contractor shall furnish allsupervision, labor, equipment, tools, cleaning supplies, materials, and incidentalsnecessary to maintain the facilities in a clean, sanitary, safe, and professional conditionin accordance with this Solicitation and Appendix A Commercial Janitorial ServicesScope of Work.The purpose of this Solicitation is to identify andselect a qualified Contractor to providerecurring commercial janitorial services for the Titan Building and Titan Plaza inaccordance with the specifications, terms, conditions, performance requirements, andAppendix A of this RFP.Appendix A and the related solicitation documents establish the required services,service frequencies, performance standards, staffing expectations, and project specificPage 10 of 50conditions.
