Bartow County proposes to construct a 10-lane static archery range, archery pavilion, and a quarter-mile 3D archery trail on County-owned greenspace on Cass Pine Log Road.
The project is funded, in part, by a Georgia Department of Natural Resources Grant. All Contractors shall be in good standing with Bartow County and shall abide by all Federal Requirements set forth for the project. A brief summary of these requirements is included in the RFP documents. Proposals should be submitted to the Bartow County Commissioner's Office, located in the Frank Moore Administration Building, 135 W. Cherokee Avenue, Suite 251, Cartersville, Georgia 30120. Proposals are due to this location no later than 4 PM EST on July 9, 2026. All proposals will be evaluated based on qualifications, overall price, availability and experience working with federal funding. The contract will be awarded to the most qualified, responsive and suitable responding party.
