(RFP) 27-20 Plumbing Services - Annual Contract

Henry County is soliciting proposals for a renewable annual contract to provide professional plumbing services for various County-owned properties, including administrative buildings, courthouses, detention facilities, parks, and senior centers. The scope of work includes the installation, repair, and maintenance of domestic hot and cold water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, natural gas, and irrigation systems, as well as leak detection and backflow prevention assembly certification. The selected contractor must provide 24/7/365 availability, with emergency response times required within one hour and non-emergency requests addressed within 48 hours. All replacement parts must be new and OEM-approved, and work must conform to industry acceptable engineering practices and OSHA standards. The contract has an initial term of one year with the option for two additional one-year renewals.
