The Michigan Department of Transportation, Oakland Transportation Service Center, is soliciting proposals for Hot Mix Asphalt milling and paving services for the westbound M-59 exit ramp to Squirrel Road and the eastbound M-59 entrance ramp from Squirrel Road in Oakland County. The scope of work includes the continuous cold milling and paving of two inches of existing pavement, installation of binder and finished HMA courses, pavement markings, and shoulder line corrugations. All ramp closures must occur on weekends and be completed within a 16-hour window.
