The Science and Parliamentary Infrastructure Branch of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) and the National Research Council of Canada (NRC) will investigate the specific role of overall air leakage on the energy use in heritage buildings. Air leakage testing services are required in up to seven heritage buildings throughout Canada. The testing will be on a “as and when requested” basis, using task authorizations, in accordance with Annex “A”, Statement of Work. The services have been divided into three PROJECT STREAMS.
