Pierce County is seeking qualifications and proposals from Architectural Firms to provide comprehensive pre- and post-award services for various community and economic development projects aimed at addressing critical facility needs related to hunger relief and disaster preparedness. The scope of work includes preparing preliminary architectural reports, planning, design, cost estimating, bidding, contracting, construction oversight, quality control, and project closeout. The County anticipates pursuing federal and state funding sources such as the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs, Employee Incentive Program, Redevelopment Fund, and Immediate Threat and Danger funds through the Georgia Department of Community Affairs, with contract awards contingent upon these grants.
