Automated Plate Pouring System This solicitation of offers cancels and supersedes previous solicitation of offers number WS5414248460 dated December 3, 2025, with a closing of January 6, 2026, at 14:00 EST. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to Offeror's who offered on the previous solicitation of offers. Health Canada (HC) has a requirement for the supply of one automated plate pouring system to support research and surveillance activities for food illness related outbreak investigations. The requirement includes installation, on-site training and Warranty, Maintenance and Support Services. Delivery to Ottawa, Ontario, must be received within 6 weeks after Contract Award. Offerors must meet the mandatory requirements detailed in the Request for Proposal. This solicitation of offers is only open to Canadian Suppliers as defined in the Annex Solicitation of Offer Definitions. The period of the Contract is from date of Contract Award to one-year after delivery and acceptance of the Work inclusive. Offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for proposals process. Offerors should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the request for proposals process. The debriefing may be in writing or by telephone.
