Bentley Community Schools is soliciting sealed proposals for the furnishing, delivery, and installation of a complete black coated chain link fencing system for a new baseball field at Bentley High School in Burton, Michigan. The scope of work includes the installation of a backstop approximately 70 feet wide by 18 feet high with a 2-foot overhead extension, baseline fencing for the first and third baselines, and fencing for both the home and visiting team dugouts. All materials must be new, commercial-grade, and corrosion-resistant, with installation adhering to applicable building codes and manufacturer instructions. The project must be completed by December 31, 2026, and does not require prevailing wages. Bids must be submitted as hard copies in sealed envelopes by November 12, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Required submission documents include the official bid form, a familial relationship disclosure statement, an Iran Economic Sanctions Act certification, manufacturer's written guarantees, and a cashier's check for five percent of the total bid.
