The purpose of this RFP is to procure the services of a suitably qualified and experienced landscaping and surface finishing contractor to execute a simple predesigned landscaping plan for a remediated Crown Parcel on the Britannia Mine Site. The contractor will be expected to coordinate the sourcing, delivery and installation (labour and equipment included) of all required/specified materials to complete the project. Contractor’s red-line markups will be required upon completion of construction to facilitate production of record drawings.
